Statistical downscaling of GCM output for the areas of Titicaca and vallegrande, Bolivia.
In addition to the GCM output data, we use NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and observational data from SENAMHI, The national institute of Meteorology and Hydrology in Bolivia.
Downscaling is implemented using the R package clim.pact by Rasmus Benestad.
