Evaluation of land surface processes to identify model differences and analyze the causes for such differences in terms of their parameterizations

Abstract:
I would like to evaluate the model outputs with soil moisture and other hydrology observations we have collected from around the world (http://climate.envsci.rutgers.edu/soil_moisture/). The goal of this evaluation is to identify model differences and analyze the causes for such differences in terms of their parameterizations.
