Abstract:
We are interested in the troposphere-stratosphere coupling and its sensitivity to global warmings. We will examine the change in the activities of stationary ultralong waves and baroclinic instability waves due to global warmings. It may affect mean-meridional circulation through wave-mean-flow interactions and global constituent transports.
