| Abstract: |
| My project is on Regional Climate Modelling , focusing on Southern African Climate and Variability, especially over the region of the Okavango Delta region in Botswana. Regional Models like MM5 and RegCM3 are used for this purpose. Data for downscaling methods would come from GCM outputs for nesting, for which the present access to ESG data and archives is sought. The uncertainties associated within the models will be studied and the outcome of the project will also be to drive the hydrological model from the precitation outputs from RCMs. |
