Abstract:
With colleagues in Africa and elsewhere, we are looking at projected changes in length of growing seasons and season failure rates for different scenarios, as input to continental- and regional-scale analyses that aim to assess the vulnerability of those dependent on natural resources to climate change and to identify possible adaptation options for smallholders in particularly vunerable areas.
