Abstract:
The data will be used by the government of Madagascar as part of their second communication to the UNFCCC. It will also be stored at the University of Cape Town and used for climate change research by students etc. Most of these studies centre around issues of uncertainty and downscaling - using both empirical and dynamical techniques.
