Known problems with the AMIP-II data:
 

• Coordinates and metadata of all model-level data (Table 1c, 'Physical fields') need to be corrected
• PNNL-a 6h data:  Bad leap year time point, needs to be removed

Priorities:

• Release 6h/da for first five simulations
• Release mo/6h/da for next five simulations (ecmwf-a, ncep-a, mri-a, uiuc-a, ugamp-a)
• Solve remaining problems with all monthly (excluding physical fields), 6h and daily data
• Establish organization of "flag-files" and "flag-plots"
• Finish processing all fixed-field data (e.g., surface-type and orography)
• Correct model level data for all models
• Process global average time series
